New York State’s 4th Judicial District covers a wide and diverse region made up of 11 counties (Clinton, Essex, Fulton, Franklin, Hamilton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schenectady, St. Lawrence, Warren and Washington) stretching from part of the Capital Region through the Mohawk Valley and up into the North Country. With a mix of cities, suburbs, and small towns, the 4th District represents a large geographic footprint and thousands of New Yorkers across very different communities.
